«ERAI, an extension of my sales department for exports. Our young and dynamic company does 10% of its turnover in exports without ever having really prospected the international market.  DERMSCAN 

 

« Dermscan is a company performing clinical studies specialized in cosmetology and Dermatology. Created over 20 years ago, the company is located in Lyon but also in Bangkok, Gdansk and Tunis.

 

 

Since 2002, Dermscan has entrusted projects to ERAI and has been able to set up a sales organization in the USA. Our head of sales was hosted on the ERAI premises in Atlanta and the collaboration lasted 2 years.
ERAI provided logistical support but also reporting and follow-up for our sales rep. For operations so far from home, this type of supervision is very precious and efficient.

After two years of collaboration, Dermscan left Atlanta to get closer to its customers mainly located on the East Coast between New York and Boston and has started a partnership with an American tests company.

The contacts that we have had with ERAI have always been dynamic, efficient and enjoyable and this experience has been very constructive for Dermscan.”
