On the top floor of the Rhone-Alpes Complex, the Restaurant Ecole Institut Paul Bocuse offers customers a carefully prepared French cuisine combining tradition and modernity.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, the Restaurant Ecole can accommodate 80 guests per service, including individual clients, groups and companies.

It is through a Sino-French partnership that 60 students of Shanghai Institute of Tourism and of the Institute of Paul Bocuse in Lyon form into a team to help each other improve their culinary techniques and restaurant management in the French way, making the Restaurant Ecole a place of cultural exchange.
